Hale is 8-2 against Au Gres-Sims since February of 2019, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Hale Eagles will head out on the road to take on the Au Gres-Sims Wolverines at 7:30 p.m. Au Gres-Sims took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Hale, who comes in off a win.
Last Thursday, Hale earned a 44-35 win over Fairview.
Meanwhile, Au Gres-Sims' recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their third straight loss. They were outmatched by Hillman at home and fell 70-24. While losing is never fun, Au Gres-Sims can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 725th, while Hillman is ranked 244th).
Hale's victory bumped their record up to 4-6. As for Au Gres-Sims, they have been struggling recently, as they've lost five of their last six matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-8 record this season.
