Holy Cross extended their winning streak to six games thanks to a huge performance from Aaron Garcia. The Holy Cross Knights simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat the Kinkaid Falcons 59-29 thanks in part to Garcia, who almost dropped a double-double on 28 points and nine rebounds. He is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 15 or more in the last 22 games he's played.
The team also got some help courtesy of Andrew McAfee, who went 5 of 8 en route to 13 points and four blocks. Those four blocks gave him a new career-high.
Kinkaid lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Ethan Williams, who posted three points and five boards. Connor Cubbage also deserves some recognition as he posted his first blocks of the season.
