On Friday, Marshall got the W thanks in part to Addi Watkins playing the best softball she has all season. Watkins scored three runs and stole a base while getting on base in four of her five plate appearances, which was good enough to set a new career-high in runs.

Coming up, Watkins and Marshall will head out on the road to square off against Lufkin at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday.
