Northridge had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 45 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. They blew past the Mather Rangers 77-54. The Knights have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 13 contests by 20 points or more this season.

Mather lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Adin Smajlovic, who posted 24 points. That was a full 44.4% of Mather's points, marking the fourth time in a row Smajlovic has put up more than a third of the team's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jeremiah Chalwe, who had 15 points.

Northridge's victory bumped their record up to 24-7. As for Mather, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-17.

Northridge does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Mather, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 73-53 win against Kennedy on the 21st.
