Jackson Yerkes posted a new career-low in walks on Wednesday. He turned in nothing short of a gem, striking out seven batters over six innings while giving up three earned (and three unearned) runs off eight hits (and not a single walk). He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in six consecutive appearances.
