The Bethel Christian Academy Crusaders lost against the Reynolds Mountain Christian Academy Eagles back in December of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. Bethel Christian Academy had to suffer through a rough 59-21 loss at the hands of Reynolds Mountain Christian Academy. Bethel Christian Academy was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 46-5.
Leading Reynolds Mountain Christian Academy to victory were Lily Denson and Arianna Ritz. Denson scored 16 points along with five steals, while Ritz scored 18 points along with eight rebounds and three steals. Denson hasn't dropped below two steals for 11 straight games. Perpetua Norton was another key contributor, scoring seven points along with 13 rebounds and two blocks.
Bethel Christian Academy has been struggling recently, as they've lost four of their last five contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-7 record this season. As for Reynolds Mountain Christian Academy, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 9-3.
Coincidentally, the pair will both be playing Veritas Christian Academy the next time they take the court. Bethel Christian Academy will host Veritas Christian Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, while Reynolds Mountain Christian Academy will host them at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
