Sleepy Eye typically has all the answers at home, but on Friday Springfield proved too difficult a challenge. They came out on top against the Indians by a score of 63-53.
Springfield's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Noah Vogel, who scored 23 points along with eight rebounds. Brayden Sturm was another key contributor, almost dropping a double-double on 16 points and nine rebounds.
Meanwhile, St. Mary's put the finishing touches on their seventh blowout victory of the season on Thursday. They blew past Buffalo Lake-Hector-Stewart 87-64.
