British International School of Chicago entered their tilt with the Wolcott College Prep Wolves with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. British International School of Chicago enjoyed a cozy 62-43 win over Wolcott College Prep on Friday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as British International School of Chicago also won the last time the pair played back in November of 2023.
British International School of Chicago's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jonah Saul, who scored 18 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Steph Barbanti, who scored 17 points along with five rebounds.
British International School of Chicago has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 8-4 record this season. As for Wolcott College Prep, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-12.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. British International School of Chicago and Christian Heritage Academy will face off at 6:00 p.m. on January 22nd without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Wolcott College Prep won't have much time to rest: their next game is against UIC College Prep at 2:00 p.m. on January 20th. Hopefully UIC College Prep focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 36 last Saturday.
