Beatty suffered their biggest loss since December 1, 2023 on Tuesday. Their rough 47-25 defeat to Spring Mountain might stick with them for a while. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat Beatty has suffered against Spring Mountain since February 3, 2015.
Meanwhile, Indian Springs lost to Tonopah on the road by a decisive 47-33 margin on Friday. That's two games in a row now that Indian Springs has lost by exactly 14 points.
The loss doesn't tell the whole story though, as several players had good games. One of the most active was Jacob Gourley, who scored 16 points. Vance Dilger was another key contributor, scoring 12 points.
Beatty's defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 1-9. As for Indian Springs, they bumped their record down to 1-8 with that loss, which was their fifth straight on the road.
