Dorrian Matlock was a one-man wrecking crew for McLoud as he scored 29 points along with 9 rebounds and 7 steals. Another player making a difference was Castin Schafer, who scored 11 points along with 9 rebounds and 3 blocks.
The victory makes it two in a row for McLoud and bumps their season record up to 2-0. As for Okemah, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.
McLoud will head out on the road to face off against Holdenville at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Okemah, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Henryetta at 8:30 p.m.
