In what's become a running theme this season, the Tahoma Bears gave their fans yet another huge victory on Friday. They blew past Mt. Rainier 57-31. The win was nothing new for Tahoma as they're now sitting on 13 straight.
Tahoma got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Adalynn Busch out in front who dropped a double-double on ten points and 13 rebounds. Busch is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as she's now pulled down eight or more in the last four games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Lily Cavanaugh, who scored 12 points along with three steals.
Tahoma pushed their record up to 19-2 with that victory, which was their 14th straight on the road dating back to last season. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.8 points per game. As for Mt. Rainier, they have not been sharp recently as the team's lost seven of their last eight games, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-11 record this season.
Tahoma does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Mt. Rainier also has no future games currently scheduled.
