Indian Creek is 2-8 against Edgewood since April of 2018 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Wednesday. The Braves will welcome the Mustangs at 5:30 p.m. Indian Creek is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 9.4 runs per game this season.

Things were looking good for Indian Creek after they put the first runs on the board on Tuesday, but unfortunately for them things went downhill from there. They fell just short of Sullivan by a score of 7-6. The Braves have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Levi Laymon was cooking despite his team's loss, going 1-for-2 with two stolen bases and two RBI. Another player making a difference was Landon Hamilton, who scored three runs and stole a base while going 2-for-4.

Meanwhile, Edgewood lost 13-7 to Terre Haute North Vigo on Monday.

Jaylin Luedemann made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-3 with one home run and two RBI. Nolan Hudson was another key player, scoring a run while going 1-for-3.

Edgewood's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Indian Creek, their loss dropped their record down to 3-2.
