The Royal Palm Beach Wildcats's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their third straight loss. They took a 43-29 bruising from Dreyfoos School of the Arts.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Dreyfoos School of the Arts to victory, but perhaps none more so than Briana Dean, who scored 12 points along with eight rebounds and six steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Dean has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Guilbrhea Pacheco, who scored seven points.
Royal Palm Beach has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost six of their last seven contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-8 record this season. As for Dreyfoos School of the Arts, their win bumped their record up to 8-4.
Royal Palm Beach will be playing in front of their home fans against Park Vista at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Park Vista is looking to tack on another W to their three-game streak on the road. Dreyfoos School of the Arts won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Dr. Joaquin Garcia at 6:00 p.m. on January 19th. Dr. Joaquin Garcia is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last three games.
