Franklin County posted their biggest victory yet this season on Saturday. They claimed a resounding 67-15 win over Hagerstown on the road. With that win, Franklin County brought their scoring average up to 50.4 points per game.
Among those leading the charge was Madesyn Sunderhaus, who scored 21 points along with three steals. That's the first time this season that she scored 15 or more points. Another player making a difference was Ruby Singer, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and 12 rebounds.
Indianapolis Bishop Chatard's defeat dropped their record down to 13-7. As for Franklin County, their victory bumped their record up to 12-7.
Saturday's game is shaping up to be a masterclass in shooting: Indianapolis Bishop Chatard have been dynamite from deep this season, having made 38.9% of their threes per game. It's a different story for Franklin County, though, as they've only drained 35.8% of their threes per game this season. Given these competing strengths, it'll be interesting to see how their clash plays out.
