The Ocoee Knights will head out on the road to challenge the Cypress Creek Bears at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
Ocoee will bounce into Thursday's matchup after beating Olympia, who they had gone 2-7 against in their nine prior meetings. The Knights haven't had any issues with the Titans recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Meanwhile, Cypress Creek got the win against Dr. Phillips on Tuesday by a conclusive 7-1. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Bears.
Like Ocoee, Cypress Creek also got a great game from a two-way player: Amanda Cintron. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run while striking out ten over seven innings pitched. Cintron has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than two walks in eight consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 1-for-4.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Brianna Velez, who scored a run and stole a base while getting on base in all four of her plate appearances. Another player making a difference was Alondra Lozada, who got on base in three of her four plate appearances with two RBI and one double.
The win got Ocoee back to even at 5-5. As for Cypress Creek, their record now sits at 10-1.
Thursday's contest might come down to which pitcher can control the ball better. Ocoee has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .476. However, it's not like Cypress Creek struggles in that department as they've averaged .500. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
