Football Game Preview: Ringling Blue Devils vs. Healdton Bulldogs + How To Watch

Ringling has gone a perfect 9-0 against Healdton recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Blue Devils are taking a road trip to challenge the Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. Ringling will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.

Ringling had to skate by with only a two-point margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the 52-point drubbing they dealt Wilson on Friday. The Blue Devils blew past the Eagles 60-8. That 52 point margin sets a new team best for the Blue Devils this season.

Meanwhile, Healdton came up short against Rush Springs on Friday and fell 40-32. The loss continues a trend for the Bulldogs in their meetings with the Redskins: they've now lost four in a row.

Ringling will have to contain Roo Franklin as he made an impact in Healdton's last game. He rushed for 201 yards and a pair of touchdowns while picking up 11.8 yards per carry, and also picked up 40 receiving yards. Devon Bivens was another key player, rushing for 66 yards and one TD on only seven carries.

Healdton's defeat dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Ringling, their victory bumped their record up to an identical 4-2.

Everything came up roses for Ringling against Healdton in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, as the team secured a 52-8 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Blue Devils since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
