The Falcons are taking a road trip to square off against the Caballeros at 6:00 p.m. Catalina Foothills will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.
On Tuesday, Catalina Foothills got the win against Desert View by a conclusive 3-0.
Catalina Foothills was especially dominant in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 25-6, 25-20, 25-16.
Meanwhile, Flowing Wells was able to grind out a solid win over Canyon del Oro on Tuesday, taking the game 3-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Caballeros.
Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-18, 17-25, 25-23.
Catalina Foothills better keep an eye on Caesar Moulinet. He was instrumental in Flowing Wells' win, getting 18 digs and one assist. Those 18 digs gave Moulinet a new career-high. Lincoln Maskey also deserves some recognition as he had his first block of the season.
Flowing Wells now has a winning record of 14-13. As for Catalina Foothills, they pushed their record up to 19-10 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season.
