After a string of four wins, Kentlake's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They ended up on the wrong side of a painful 14-37 walloping at Federal Way's hands. The defeat was a vexing one since Kentlake were expected to win based on their state ranking.
The loss dropped Kentlake's record to 4-1. The victory bumped Federal Way's record up to 3-2.
Kentlake will stay at home next week against Hazen at 7:00 PM. Hazen enter the contest touting a three-game streak of increasing point totals. As for Federal Way, they will face off against Decatur. Decatur enter the contest touting a four-game streak of increasing point totals.
