The Taliaferro County JAGUARS lost against the Lincoln County Red Devils back in December of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. Taliaferro County was dealt a 60-22 loss at the hands of Lincoln County. Taliaferro County has struggled against Lincoln County recently, as their contest on Tuesday was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.
Lincoln County was led to victory by Mekhi Wade and Jaiden Dukes. Wade scored 13 points, while Dukes scored 13 points. Carlin "RJ" Crite was another key contributor, scoring eight points.
Taliaferro County's defeat dropped their record down to 2-11. As for Lincoln County, their victory bumped their record up to 7-4.
Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Washington-Wilkes the next time they take the court. Lincoln County will head out to face Washington-Wilkes at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, while Taliaferro County will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
