Hull-Daisetta is 5-0 against High Island since November of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. A feisty cat fight will be fought when the Hull-Daisetta Bobcats duke it out with the High Island Cardinals at 7:00 p.m. The timing is sure in Hull-Daisetta's favor as the team sits on four straight wins at home while High Island has been banged up by eight consecutive losses on the road dating back to last season.

Hull-Daisetta is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to 62 points on Friday, they were much more limited against Brookeland on Tuesday. They were dealt a 117-26 loss at the hands of the Wildcats. The Bobcats were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 68-12.

Meanwhile, High Island lost to Chester at home by a 46-29 margin on Tuesday.

Hull-Daisetta will have to contain Cam'Ron Medina as he made an impact in High Island's last game. He posted 14 points. That was a full 48.3% of High Island's points, marking the 17th time in a row he's put up more than a third of the team's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jacoby Kent, who earned six points.

Hull-Daisetta's defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 11-7. As for High Island, their loss dropped their record down to 2-16.
