The Itasca Wampus Cats will face off against the Valley Mills Eagles at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Itasca will be strutting in after a win while Valley Mills will be coming in after a loss.
Last Tuesday, Itasca beat Rio Vista 38-30. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Itasca.
Meanwhile, Valley Mills came up short against Italy on Tuesday and fell 50-39. Valley Mills has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Itasca has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a massive bump to their 16-19 record this season. As for Valley Mills, they now have a losing record at 14-15.
Itasca didn't have too much breathing room in their match against Valley Mills in their previous meeting two weeks ago, but they still walked away with a 45-39 win. Does Itasca have another victory up their sleeve, or will Valley Mills turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
