The Eastern Randolph Wildcats entered their tilt with the Cherryville Ironmen with nine consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with ten. Eastern Randolph took their game at home on Friday with ease, bagging a 68-7 victory over Cherryville. Considering Eastern Randolph has won eight matchups by more than 20 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.
Carter Revelle was the offensive standout of the game as he threw for 209 yards and three touchdowns while completing 84.6% of his passes, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground.
Eastern Randolph's win was their fifth straight at home, bumping their overall record up to 10-1. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 47.0 points per game. As for Cherryville, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-9.
Eastern Randolph will be playing at home against Hayesville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Cherryville does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
