The Voyager Vikings stacked a 12th blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Friday. Everything went their way against Henderson Collegiate as Voyager made off with a 82-60 win. The victory was familiar territory for Voyager who now have 12 in a row.
It was another big night for Dwight Anderson, who almost dropped a double-double on 19 points and nine rebounds. David McMillon was another key contributor, scoring ten points along with six assists.
Voyager has been performing well recently as they've won 13 of their last 16 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 18-8 record this season. As for Henderson Collegiate, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-9.
Voyager will be playing in front of their home fans against Eno River at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Henderson Collegiate, they will head out on the road to square off against Oxford Prep at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
