The Tri-Valley Titans put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They walked away with a 73-60 victory over Garden Valley. Given Tri-Valley's advantage in MaxPreps' Idaho basketball rankings (they are ranked fifth, while Garden Valley is ranked 37th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Despite the loss, Garden Valley still got an impressive performance from Kadence Jacobs, who scored 24 points along with 6 assists and 3 steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Aubree Zimmer, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 10 rebounds.
Tri-Valley pushed their record up to 4-0 with that win, which was their third straight on the road. As for Garden Valley, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-1.
Tri-Valley will head out on the road to face off against Council at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Garden Valley, they will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against Horseshoe Bend at 6:00 p.m.
