Tell City waltzed into their contest on Wednesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top against the Pike Central Chargers by a score of 7-2. That's more bragging rights for the Marksmen, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Tell City's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-8. The home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.8 runs on average over those games. As for Pike Central, they are on an 11-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-15.
