Jason Nelson Crosses Big Stat Threshold
On Friday, St. Anne-Pacelli got the W thanks in part to Jason Nelson playing the best football he has all season. Nelson rushed for 142 yards and three touchdowns on only 14 carries. The performance once again pushed his average rushing yardage north of 100 yards per game (105.3). That's the most rushing yards he has posted since back in August of 2023.
If the past is any indication, Nelson could be in store for another big game when he takes on Brookstone on Friday. Back in November of 2023 (the last time Nelson saw the Cougars), he rushed for 107 yards and a touchdown on only 12 carries.
