Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Sehome). They blew past the Oak Harbor Wildcats, posting a 59-19 victory. The win was some much needed relief for the Mariners as it spelled an end to their five-game losing streak.

Sehome's victory bumped their record up to 5-7. As for Oak Harbor, they dropped their record down to 3-9 with the loss, which was their seventh straight on the road.

Sehome and Oak Harbor could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Washington Rankings. Sehome (ranked 158th) will meet Lynden (ranked second) at 5:45 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Oak Harbor will square off against Burlington-Edison at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday down 263 places (287 vs. 24).
