Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a  season-high score is even better (just ask Mount View). Everything went their way against the Twin Valley Panthers on Saturday as they made off with  an  18-3 win. That's two games straight that the Golden Knights have won by  exactly 15  runs.
 Shianne Belcher made a splash while hitting and pitching. She  pitched two innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   three  hits. Belcher was also stellar in the batter's box,  scoring two  runs and  stealing three bases while going 2-for-2. She also  brought in three  RBI, marking her first of the season.
 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  Ry'Anna Hood, who  scored three  runs and  stole four bases while going 1-for-1. With that strong performance,  she is now averaging an impressive 1.2  stolen bases per game. Another player making a difference was  Krislyn York, who  scored three  runs and  stole a base while going 1-for-2.
Mount View is  on a roll lately: they've  won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-2 record  this season. As for Twin Valley,  they are  on  a  six-game losing streak  (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.
 Coincidentally, Mount View and Twin Valley will both be playing River View the next time they take the field. The Golden Knights will  host the Raiders at 5:30  p.m.  on Monday, while the Panthers will  host them  at 4:30  p.m.  on Tuesday.
