Vasquez waltzed into their contest on Monday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They were the clear victor by a 3-0 margin over the Littlerock Lobos. That's more bragging rights for the Mustangs, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Vasquez never let Littlerock on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. The final score came out to 25-9, 25-16, 25-23.

Diego Camacho paced Vasquez's offense, picking up 12 kills. Camacho got some help from Fernando Vazquez and his 33 assists. Vazquez was also solid from the service line: he led the team with seven aces.

Vasquez pushed their record up to 9-1 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. As for Littlerock, they now have a losing record of 2-3.

Coincidentally, Vasquez and Littlerock will both be playing Highland the next time they take the court. Littlerock will head out to face Highland at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, while Vasquez will head out to face them at 4:00 p.m. on March 19th.
