Normal Community entered their tilt with Moline on Tuesday with four consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with five. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Maroons. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Ironmen also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.

Normal Community easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-21.

Normal Community's win bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Moline, they are on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Looking ahead, Normal Community is taking a road trip to face off against Lyons on the 12th. As for Moline, they will host East Moline United at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The match will give the Maroons their first taste of in-conference action this season.
