The Seven Oaks Classical Firehawks's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their third straight loss. They were dealt a 66-15 loss at the hands of Mooresville Christian. Seven Oaks Classical was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 42-10.
Gresh Warren had a dynamite game for Mooresville Christian, dropping a triple-double on 15 points, 10 rebounds, and 11 steals. Gabe Warren was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 12 points and 10 steals.
Seven Oaks Classical's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Mooresville Christian, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.
Seven Oaks Classical will stay at home for another game and welcome Columbus Christian at 3:30 p.m. on December 2nd. Hopefully Columbus Christian focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 24 on Tuesday. As for Mooresville Christian, they will head out on the road to face off against Lighthouse Christian Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday.
