Kennedy's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for DSST: Montview, the win got them back to even at 2-2.
Kennedy will head out on the road to face off against Gateway at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Gateway has struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed seven runs per game on average), something Kennedy will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for DSST: Montview, they will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Dawson School at 4:00 p.m. on April 3rd.
