Hayden posted their biggest win since December 12, 2023 on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Phoenix Day School for the Deaf 41-8 at home. The win was just what Hayden needed coming off of a 44-2 loss in their prior game.
Superior suffered their biggest defeat since December 15, 2023 on Friday. They were dealt a 50-14 loss at the hands of Dishchii'bikoh. Superior has struggled against Dishchii'bikoh recently, as their contest on Friday was their eighth consecutive lost matchup.
Hayden's victory ended a 15-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-17. As for Superior, their loss dropped their record down to 1-12.
Hayden came up short against Superior in their previous matchup back in January of 2023, falling 25-19. Can Hayden avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
