When it comes to explaining why Bruce lost, one person who can't be blamed is Ankavious Glass. Despite the final result, he dropped a double-double on 14 points and 18 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Glass has scored all season. Jay Cole Williams was another key contributor, scoring 14 points.
Bruce has been struggling recently, as they've lost seven of their last eight matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-12 record this season. As for Water Valley, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 5-11.
