The Notre Dame Academy Gators won against the St. Joseph Hill Academy Hilltoppers last Saturday with 51 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Wednesday. Notre Dame Academy managed a 51-47 victory over St. Joseph Hill Academy. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Notre Dame Academy.
Notre Dame Academy's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Sabrina Kraker, who dropped a double-double on ten points and 15 rebounds. The matchup was Kraker's fifth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Giuliana Dito, who scored 16 points.
Notre Dame Academy's win was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 5-2. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.0 points per game. As for St. Joseph Hill Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-2.
Notre Dame Academy will be home for the holidays to greet Maria Regina at 12:45 p.m. on Saturday. St. Joseph Hill Academy will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on St. John's Prep at 10:30 a.m. on January 6, 2024.
