Meanwhile, while Springville put up plenty of runs on Thursday, the same can't be said for Corner. Springville was the clear victors by a 14-0 margin over Corner. The result was nothing new for the Tigers, who have now won eight contests by six runs or more so far this season.
Springville's win bumped their record up to 10-0. As for Hayden, their victory bumped their record up to 7-12.
