The Anton Bulldogs pushed their score all the way to 59 on Friday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They took a 69-59 hit to the loss column at the hands of Lubbock T. Anton has struggled against Lubbock T recently, as their game on Friday was their third consecutive lost matchup.
Lubbock T's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Curtis Caudillo, who scored 19 points. That makes it three consecutive games in which Caudillo has scored at least 25% of Lubbock T's points. Another player making a difference was Parker Reynolds , who scored 18 points.
Anton now has a losing record at 2-3. As for Lubbock T, their victory bumped their record up to 6-4.
Anton's road trip will continue as they head out to face Wilson at 7:30 p.m. on December 12th. Hopefully Wilson focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 22 last Friday. As for Lubbock T, they will take on Amherst at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday.
