Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Tanner). They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat the Tharptown Wildcats 63-6. The Rattlers haven't had any issues with the Wildcats recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

Torr'e Pride continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 128 yards and two scores on only seven carries. He is on a roll when it comes to rushing touchdowns, as he's now punched in two or more in each of the last three games he's played.

Tanner picked up their first road victory, bumping their record up to 2-5. As for Tharptown, their loss dropped their record down to 1-5.

Tanner has already played their next matchup, a 46-29 win against Decatur Heritage Christian Academy on the 9th. As for Tharptown, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 53-0 defeat against Red Bay on the 10th.
