Founders Classical Academy snuck past Great Hearts Irving with a 56-51 victory. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Founders Classical Academy.
Great Hearts Irving's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Beau Blank, who scored 14 points. Blank continues to roll, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was Kyle Crissey, who scored 11 points.
Founders Classical Academy's win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Great Hearts Irving, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-1.
Founders Classical Academy will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Inspired Vision at 7:00 p.m. As for Great Hearts Irving, they will head out on the road to face off against Uplift Infinity Prep at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
