Despite the loss, Chicago Academy still got an impressive performance from Lizbeth Sanchez, who scored 8 points along with 8 rebounds and 5 steals. Ariana Avila was another key contributor, scoring 7 points along with 5 rebounds.
Chicago Academy now has a losing record at 2-3. As for Prosser, the victory for they keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.
Chicago Academy will head out on the road to face off against Senn at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Senn has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. As for Prosser, they will be playing at home against Chicago Mathematics & Science at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
