Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Baylor). They came out on top against the Harlan County Black Bears by a score of 51-43 on Thursday. The victory was some much needed relief for the Red Raiders as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.

Baylor's win bumped their record up to 2-6. As for Harlan County, they are on a seven-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.

Baylor will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Notre Dame at 6:00 p.m. on January 7, 2025. As for Harlan County, they and Pineville will face off at 1:00 p.m. on Friday without much rest having both just played.
