The Bethel Christian Kings waltzed into Tuesday's contest with two straight wins but they left with three. They breezed by The Grove School at home to the tune of 64-24. With Bethel Christian ahead 42-15 at the half, the match was all but over already.
Bethel Christian got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Josh Coba out in front who scored 21 points along with 7 rebounds. That makes it two consecutive games in which Coba has scored at least 25% of Bethel Christian's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Joseph Kyababchian, who scored 11 points along with 8 steals and 5 assists.
Bethel Christian's win bumped their record up to 4-1. As for The Grove School, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-4.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bethel Christian will square off against Cornerstone Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Grove School's road trip will continue as they head out to face Norton Science & Language Academy at 5:30 p.m. on December 8th.
