In what's become a running theme this season, the Channel Islands Raiders gave their fans yet another huge win on Tuesday. They breezed by Nordhoff at home to the tune of 76-37. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Channel Islands also won the last time the pair played back in January.
Jevon Bobbsemple continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 16 points along with five rebounds and four steals. Another player making a difference was Angel Avila, who scored nine points along with two blocks.
Channel Islands' win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-11. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 70.0 points per game. As for Nordhoff, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-20.
Channel Islands will head out on the road to take on the Sharks at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Malibu is coming into the matchup on a six-game losing streak. Nordhoff does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
