After a string of three wins, Trinity's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They took a 12-8 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Thomas Jefferson Jaguars. The Hillers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Jaguars apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in May of 2023.
Trinity's defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 3-4. As for Thomas Jefferson, the win got them back to even at 6-6.
Coincidentally, Trinity and Thomas Jefferson will both be playing Peters Township the next time they take the field. The Hillers will head out to face the Indians at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, while the Jaguars will host them at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
