Howell is 3-0 against the Bulldogs since December of 2015, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Howell Vikings will be playing at home against the Fort Zumwalt South Bulldogs at 6:30 p.m. One thing working in Howell's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last five matches.
In what's become a running theme this season, Howell gave their fans yet another huge win two weeks ago. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Howell Central 69-34 at home. The victory was just what Howell needed coming off of a 78-58 loss in their prior matchup.
Meanwhile, Fort Zumwalt South strolled past the Spartans with points to spare on Wednesday, taking the game 49-35. The win made it back-to-back wins for Fort Zumwalt South.
Howell's win bumped their record up to 15-4. As for Fort Zumwalt South, they have been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 11 games, which provided a nice bump to their 14-4 record this season.
Howell beat the Bulldogs 59-51 in their previous matchup back in February of 2023. Will Howell repeat their success, or do the Bulldogs have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
