Jefferson pushed their record up to 15-5 with that win, which was their fourth straight at home. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 70.3 points per game. As for DeSoto, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-13 record this season.
Jefferson will look to defend their home court on Friday against St. Pius X at 7:00 p.m. One thing working in Jefferson's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last six contests. As for DeSoto, they will head out on the road to challenge Hillsboro at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Hillsboro presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than DeSoto in Missouri (Hillsboro is ranked 98th, while DeSoto is ranked 389th).
