 Meanwhile, DuBois came up short against  Mifflin County on Tuesday, falling  11-1. The  contest marked the Beavers' lowest-scoring  game so far this season.
 Clearfield now  has a losing record of 4-5. As for DuBois, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-4.
 Clearfield was able to grind out a solid  victory over DuBois in their previous matchup  back in May of 2024, winning  8-5. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Bison since the  squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
