Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Clewiston to victory, but perhaps none more so than Milan Holomes, who scored 14 points along with two steals. Holomes is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last four games she's played. Abria Askew was another key contributor, scoring 11 points.
Clewiston's victory bumped their record up to 10-5. As for Okeechobee, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-10 record this season.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Clewiston will take on the Raiders at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Okeechobee, they won't have much time to rest: their next match is against the Panthers at 6:00 p.m. on January 31st.
