In what's become a running theme this season, the Hickory Christian Academy Knights gave their fans yet another huge victory on Tuesday. They breezed by University Christian on the road to the tune of 74-41. The win was just what Hickory Christian Academy needed coming off of a 73-48 loss in their prior matchup.
Despite the loss, University Christian still got an impressive performance from Reece Morin, who scored 16 points. Morin is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 15 or more in the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was Max Haan, who scored eight points.
The victory got Hickory Christian Academy back to even at 8-8. As for University Christian, their defeat was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 1-8.
Hickory Christian Academy will head out on the road to square off against Veritas Christian Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for University Christian, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Statesville Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Statesville Christian is coming into the game on a six-game losing streak.
