Thompson fought the good fight in their overtime  matchup against Grayson  on Friday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. Thompson's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Grayson, their win was  their tenth straight at home dating back to last season, which  pushed their record up to 3-0.
 Both  teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Thompson will take on Tuscaloosa County at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. The  contest will  give the Warriors their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Grayson, they will welcome Mallard Creek  at 7:30  p.m.  on Friday.
